Should you wish to set up a site on your own, we would be delighted to refine it for you as needed. Or we can set it up from scratch. We also can maintain most sites for you, whether we set them up or you do! We offer reasonable hourly rates for professional website development services and support.

Billing & Payments

We truly appreciate your business and will do our best to provide you with excellent, prompt service at a fair price.
Billing & Payment: All billing for consulting services is via email, with payments due at our offices within 14 days of invoice. We usually email invoices around the first of the month. Other payment options are available by special pre-arrangement; please contact us if you have any questions.
Unpaid consulting bills may result in suspension of support and web hosting services until payment is received and checks clear, so please make every effort to pay on time.
If your check bounces, you must repay the invoice (including any bank fees) and all other invoices via MONEY ORDER or ONLINE PAYPAL PAYMENT (small PayPal fee applies).

Large projects and websites for new clients: For most large projects, such as a new website, we approach the work like a construction project. Here's how it works:

You pay a pre-agreed down payment (retainer) before we begin.

We work on the project, keeping you fully informed throughout the process and asking for frequent feedback to be sure you're getting exactly what you want.

For lengthy projects, we will send interim bills (progress billing), roughly on a monthly basis.

When the site is ready to go live, you pay the remaining balance.

We then make your site go live and submit it to search engines.
NOTE: Work that we do after your site goes live is charged at normal hourly rates and billed monthly.
