Online Invoice Payments |
 Many customers have asked whether we accept credit cards to pay for Precision Computing Arts (PCA) professional services. We offer secure PayPal payment features on our website, so the answer is " YES INDEEDY!" We hope you will find this online payment method more convenient than sending checks or money orders. To pay your PCA invoice online, please carefully follow the two-step process below. You will receive email confirmation following a successful payment transaction.

 Complete the transaction using the PayPal Form.
a. Enter the Final Payment Amount you calculated in  into the Unit Price field of the PayPal form. Be sure to enter the Final Payment Amount, NOT the Original Invoice Amount.
b. Click the 'Update Totals' button on the PayPal form.
c. Sign into your PayPal account, or click the CONTINUE link on the PayPal form and enter your billing information. This step may be a little different, depending on your browser.
d. Click the 'Review Order and Continue' button on the PayPal form.
e. Follow the remaining prompts on the PayPal form.
Tip: If you decide to cancel the transaction before it is complete, you may click your browser's BACK button as needed to return to our website.

PLEASE NOTE: PayPal charges us a 2.9% + $.30 fee per transaction (for transactions between $0 and $3000). In order to keep our accounting straight and to avoid raising prices for all customers, we must pass this PayPal transaction fee along to customers who pay online. Please do not use e-check payments, as PayPal charges $5 per transaction. Instead, stick with credit cards or your PayPal account.
The handy input form and button at left will make it easy for you to calculate your payment amount with this extra fee included. Online payment requires two steps:
1) Calculating the final payment amount and
2) Paying the invoice.
